“Looney’s did a great job removing an existing ceramic tile floor and replacing it with a heated system. Their workers were prompt and meticulous, leaving us with a beautiful and spotless bathroom. They also replaced grouting in the shower area. When we noticed a minor problem with the replaced grout after about six months, Looney’s returned just days after getting our call and corrected the issue at no cost to us. We highly recommend this excellent company.”

“This was the first time we’ve had work done on our place and Looney’s made that experience very pleasant, I contacted them in May 2021 to get some an idea of pricing for work on our bottom floor, wood for our downstairs room and tile for our foyer, after speaking with them and two other companies to get a quote I went with looney’s because they made us feel comfortable about the work to be done and the value was better than the other companies,

One thing I didn’t know was as a customer I looked at the whole downs stairs as one project but with two different materials it’s two different projects for looney’s. My husband and I sourced all of our own materials so we worked with Looney’s to let them know when the materials were here, by June we had both the tile and the LVL.

However with schedules Looney could only get the hard wood floor started first. In 3 days the wood floors were done and they were beautiful. Armend did a great job from demo to install he kept us informed of when he was going to arrive and when he would wrap up for the day, letting us know where he was in the process.”

“Looney’s Tile and Grout are one of the best at what they do! All four of the workers were on time and very professional. Luis, Estuardo, Charles and Armend. We had significant tile damage from a remodel in 2019 from another company. All three bathrooms now look brand new. We also had a small wall and column removed in the Den, Armend did an excellent job on tearing down the wall/column and matching the existing floor. We only had three spare boards as the flooring was discontinued. Armend made those work plus he used three more boards from the master closet. When he completed his work both the Den floor and our master closet floor looked fantastic! I highly recommend Looney’s Tile and Grout. I can honestly say they do really listen and care from start to finish. I can say that each of their installers represent Looney’s very well and all expressed what a great company to work for/with”

Hired Looney’s through a home service website — they were quick to respond, quick to schedule an estimator, and completed the work earlier than planned due to a cancellation. We needed to replace the 20 year old lineoleum in our bathrooms. I had asked the estimator about having them put a new toilet in one bathroom in place of the current and was told it would be no problem as it was the same work as putting the old one back in. The quoted price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. Their team arrived early this morning, ready to go, and knocked out both bathrooms in half a day. Their employees were professional, personable, friendly and efficient! Highest possible recommendation.”

“Looney’s is AMAZING! From the initial estimate consultation to the follow up after the work was done - they are an amazing company. I had my master bath re-tiled (after really bad tile work was completed on my reno in 2018). Looney’s tilers were incredible. Their level of detail is outstanding. I was super impressed with the entire process - the office staff communicates well; the guys working were on time, every day; they addressed any issues immediately. They definitely treated me like I was just as important as any of their other clients, even though my project was relatively small. “Michael Looney was very pleasant when he came to see our master bathroom. We have some tiles that are coming loose around our bathtub faucet and Michael was able to provide us some “next steps” info. Please be aware however that these folks are not plumbers so if you think you have some leaks or pipe damage, Michael suggests calling a plumber first to check that out and then Looney’s would come in and work their magic to make the bathroom look like new again. He also explained to us that our standard tiles are not available anymore. He suggested a plumber service too which was great! Overall excellent service and pleasant experience! ”

“Excellent. I had been fighting over the years to re-caulk problem areas myself, and I did a horrendous job. Ramon showed up when promised (with a call about 30 minutes before to let us know he was on the way), and he even took his shoes off inside the house (which we don’t require in our house, but it was appreciated). He worked hard, scrubbing and cleaning the grout, and pulling out all of my terrible caulk work. He re-caulked everything, and even pointed out other areas in our bathroom that we should think about having fixed in the future (he’s right). He also caulked an area that our builder should have caulked, but never did. Our shower looked GREAT after he was done. We are very happy, and when we’re ready to get the other stuff fixed (tile floor), we’ll definitely call Looney’s for an estimate.”

“I hired Looney’s Tile and Grout for my bathroom remodel, specifically a shower re-tiling job. My tile floor was also re-sealed. The company’s owner came out and gave me an estimate in person. The estimate was slightly below other competitive estimates I had received. I chose this company based on my realtor’s recommendation as I am placing my home on the market for sale. The admin staff was attentive to my scheduling needs. The job was completed in 3 days. They provided me with exact measurements of what was needed to complete the job, and I purchased the materials myself to save additional money. If I have another job to do like this, loonies tile and grout will be the 1st company I’m calling for an estimate. ”

We appreciate Mike’s hard work and we like him because he used best products, his price was reasonable, he came earlier than his appointment time and he was very thorough and diligent. Next day, he called me that he wanted to come back to caulk some walls that he did not caulk because they were still wet from regrouting. Mike took his job very seriously. I am so blessed for having him regrout, caulk and cleaned my bath tub and walls. I could not believe Mike could clean my yellowish dirty tub that I have been trying to clean and turn that tub white again. I underestimated Mike when he told me that he could make my tub and walls like new but he did. Well done and thank you, Mike. ”

“We could not have been happier with Looney’s Tile and Grout Service. We needed to have our bathrooms caulked and they did the work over three visits. On the first visit, Mr. Mooney explained to us what work needed to be done to ensure that the bathrooms were caulked correctly. He is such a professional person and it’s easy to see why the company is successful. On the next two visits, we had Frank come over and perform the caulking. He was so courteous and professional and calmly walked through the entire process with us before performing it. After the process was finished, he explained everything very clearly and patiently! On the second visit, Frank came with Ramon and they both were as professional and efficient as can be. As you can see, we thoroughly enjoyed the service we received from Looney’s. We strongly recommend them for any caulking and grouting needs and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. ”

“I can not praise Mauricio enough that gave me the estimate for the work as well as performed the work itself. Mauricio is friendly, professional, neat and clean with his work./cleaning up afterwards, meticulous, and on time. I am a very particular person regarding my home and how it is treated. Of all the people that I have had do repairs for me, Mauricio is by far the most considerate and respectful of others’ homes. It was a true pleasure to have met Mauricio and to have him do work in my home. Almost every time the man that I am seeing comes over he says “That guy did a great job on your tiles!” And, when he is ready for his tiles to be re-grouted, he is definitely asking for Mauricio to do his work. “Very professional workmanship and work ethic! Mr. Looney was on the job all day, did most of the work himself and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what was being done and why and presented options and also recommended solutions that were based on longevity and cost effectiveness.
